pub774 reserves the right to require a password change or to temporarily lock an account at its discretion where it reasonably suspects a security incident has occurred.
pub774 accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), BDO Unibank, Metrobank, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. pub774 does not accept cash deposits and does not accept deposits from third parties — all funds must originate from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the time of each deposit transaction and may vary by payment method. pub774 reserves the right to amend these limits at any time with or without prior notice. Current limits are always visible in your account's cashier section.
GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your pub774 balance within sixty (60) seconds of transaction confirmation in normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits are subject to the processing times of the relevant Philippine banking institution and may take longer during public holidays or outside standard banking hours.
pub774 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or place a hold on any deposit that it reasonably believes may be related to fraud, money laundering, or any other prohibited activity. Any costs associated with reversing a fraudulent deposit may be charged to the account from which the deposit originated.
Withdrawal requests may only be made to payment methods that are registered in the same name as the pub774 account holder and have been used to make at least one deposit. pub774 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification as described in Section 4. pub774 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until verification is satisfactorily completed.
GCash withdrawals are typically processed within thirty (30) minutes of a verified withdrawal request being approved. Philippine bank transfers are processed within the same business day for requests received before the applicable daily cut-off time. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or Philippine public holidays.
Withdrawal limits are displayed in the cashier section of your pub774 account and may vary by payment method. Minimum withdrawals start at ₱500. pub774 reserves the right to batch, defer, or request additional verification for withdrawal requests above maximum thresholds.
Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been fully met as specified in the relevant bonus terms. Real-money funds that are not subject to wagering requirements remain withdrawable at any time subject to the conditions in this Section 7.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude pub774's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by pub774's negligence, to the extent such limitation or exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.
pub774 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, pub774 will hold any real-money balance in the account and return it upon completion of the investigation if no wrongdoing is found. Where an account is terminated for breach, all bonus balances are forfeited and pub774 may withhold real-money balances pending recovery of any losses resulting from the breach.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The PAGCOR regulatory framework applicable to online gaming in the Philippines applies to all gaming activities conducted on the Platform.
In the event of a dispute between you and pub774, you agree to first contact pub774's customer support team and allow a reasonable period of up to fifteen (15) business days for pub774 to attempt resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process, which constitutes the agreed primary dispute resolution mechanism for regulated gaming disputes.
Both you and pub774 submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for any legal proceedings that cannot be resolved through the above mechanisms.
pub774 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered account holders via email to their registered email address and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days advance notice before the amended Terms take effect.
Non-material amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, formatting changes, and clarifications that do not alter the substance of any obligation — may be made without prior notice and take effect upon publication.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
